52 on 52 #11

I can't help but think this issue would have worked better if The DC Publicity Machine hadn't given away Batwoman's identity months ago.

I don't know about you, but another "strange deviation in realities" with Donna Troy at the center is exactly what I looking for. Thank you, "History of the DCU".

*What is this? Each week, I write exactly 52 words on that week's 52. The word count is according to the Word Count Firefox Extension.

The ending of the History of the DCU was the cruellest of things: It was bad, promised another future Big Event Involving Altered History and Donna Troy, and showed us that maybe Donna should have got whacked instead of Jade. I predict that, on that other Earth, Jade would be leading the Outsiders and the ten-part history of the DCU would have been written by someone who doesn't just care about Big Events.
We got the Bum Deal.
Also, "to be continued throughout the DC Universe Everywhere!"? Come on. They've got to know it stinks. Surely there are editors.
