T.G.I.F.: January 12, 2007

Slipped in among "All-American powerhouse", "Kryptonian survivor from a parallel universe", and "The third smartest man in the world" ... this made me laugh.

"Laugh" isn't something I usually associate with a Geoff Johns book.

From Justice Society Of America #2 by geoff Johns and Dale Eaglesham.

T.G.I.F.: Making Fridays Slightly More Tolerable since August 26, 2005.

That's exactly why I like Justice Society. He has't made jokes since Stars and STRIPE, has he?

Yeah.

When I came back to comics, I thought of Johns as that guy that wrote Stars and S.T.R.I.P.E.. I expected lots of wild, innocent, comic-booky fun.

I was sooooo wrong. :)

I konw NOTHING about Starman, but I must admit that I'm finding him interesting.

And the fact that the JSA headquarters has this HUGE room full of fabric and a a sewing machine. Makes a certain amount of sense I suppose.
